Monday - 8 miles

8 mile treadmill run at 7:41 minute mile pace (12.5kph)

Tuesday - 5 miles

5 mile run at 8 minute mile pace

Wednesday - 5.5 miles

5.5 mile run commute at 8 minute mile pace

Thursday - 6 miles

6 mile interval session on treadmill - alternating 400m at 8 minute mile pace (12kph) and 400m at 6:26 minute mile pace (15kph)

Friday - 5.5 miles 

5.5 mile run commute at 8 minute mile pace

Saturday - 0 miles

Rest day

Sunday - 1.5 miles

1.5 mile run at 7:30 minute mile pace

Total run mileage: 31.5 miles
